That is where I found the majority of my books. If you are ever in Tennessee, there is a wonderful used bookstore there named McKays. There is one in Chattanooga and one in Knoxville. It is about 2 and a half hours from here but I've been a couple of times. You can take your old books and they will give you in store credit. You can find anything there.

I would love to see a picture of your Vespa scooters. That sounds like a fun collection.steviewrenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14233066158555762167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6560071949400915555.post-39985096560365695802008-03-26T00:35:00.000-05:002008-03-26T00:35:00.000-05:00You have some beautiful collections. The pictures you drew on top of those floral cards are beautiful. You got me thinking all night about mixed media, things I could combine to make something pretty, or cool, or even weird.
I am a bit of a crazy collector myself. Lately the husband and I have been buying all the paperback editions of The Lord of the Rings books we can find, from old to new. We can't afford old hard covers so we thought this would be a way to have some cool things for cheap. I also collect little statues of Vespa scooters. It makes me feel good to look at them, remember times I got them and the things I was dreaming about at the time. Thanks for this post, although now I am thinking of all the stuff I want and what to do with what I have. Have a great night. Although I find myself debating whether or not to pack it away until the kids are a little older. Two other comments: 1) My son would faint over your Woody collection. It's his favorite movie character. 2) By any chance do you have a Golden Book in your little collection about a girl with a curl? I'm trying to find the name so I can locate a used copy but all I remember is the line "when she was good she was very good, but when she was bad she was horrid"?

OK, that's the longest comment I've ever left on a blog. Obviously you touched on something.Anna - Three Sneaky Bugshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11612047030304416859noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6560071949400915555.post-14313781916269796072008-03-25T20:29:00.000-05:002008-03-25T20:29:00.000-05:00Love it!
