That following January and February had some incredibly mild days sprinkled throughout too.. so I'm hopeful. :)Hilaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12787493532006658679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6560071949400915555.post-90195994779967747682009-11-29T16:37:37.784-06:002009-11-29T16:37:37.784-06:00my geranium is hanging on too. crazy - and today ...my geranium is hanging on too. crazy - and today i found flowering plum trees in bloom.Charhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03851293154388793520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6560071949400915555.post-221543597950222212009-11-29T15:41:47.374-06:002009-11-29T15:41:47.374-06:00You are so lucky. I usually wait until it is snowing out before I get that sad job completed.
The cranberry/pistachio bark is easy. I buy white chocolate candy melts, I like AC Morre candy for some reason. A bag of dried cranberries and of course pistachios. Melt the candies. Pour candy onto a parchment lined flat surface about 1/4-1/2" thick.
Sprinkle cranberries and pistachios on top.I press them down a bit to make sure they are not just sitting on top of the candy. Drizzle more candy on top. Christmas colored sprinkles can be poured on top of that. White sprinkles are pretty too.
What is nice about this, is you can make any size you want. Try melting a small amount of candy, just enough to make a saucer size sample. It is very sweet and should be kept out of sight! It disappears very quickly!
denisetincanlilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07635711925466019177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6560071949400915555.post-52118915755475112072009-11-29T09:06:06.824-06:002009-11-29T09:06:06.824-06:00Stevie,
