I Like a Good Story

If one of these ladies were you, which one would you be: the one with the story to tell, the doubter or the curious one? I think I would be the mildly voyeuristic curiously amused one.

Your job is to tell me how this tale ends.

Ready, Set, Go!

  1. I think I would be telling the story... I am not sure I should type out what all happened. :)

  2. I would be the doubter.

This lady had obviously run away to the circus to escape her hum drum life. After the trapeze fiasco she became a lion tamer instead!

  4. I would be the curious one too, Steph! I think our Aussie friend, Delwyn would be the story teller and Amanda the instigator of the situation, for sure. ...So, after squeezing in beside her, there we were swinging from the top of the Anzac Bridge in Sydney, just the two of us doing a 'swing in' to protest the banning of mail art in Australia!

  5. I'd be the one to say, who cares...keep telling the story!hahaha.

So, let's see...they both stay on the trapeze and it breaks, letting them fall into each others arms as the net saves them. The crowd cheers at their bravery and they become a favorite center ring act! :)

When I knew the trapeze wouldn't hold both of us, I kissed him goodbye, performed my deadliest triple flip and landed neatly on the platform, not a hair out of place.

  9. Of course, the trapeze broke and we spent six weeks in casts and the circus went on without us. You'd think I would have learned my lesson but as you can see, I really FELL for him, in more ways than one. We've been married now for 25 years!!

  10. I thought I would be the story teller, but I guess I'm the one wanting to hear it, because I came to read the other comments! I'm back to blogging, by the way...

I'm glad you stopped by and I look forward to your comments. As Dr. Fraser Crane would say, "Hello, I'm listening."
