Who is this? I like the B&W photos. They lend an air of expectancy to the scene.
Lisa, this is my son, TJ. He had to get the smokers going for the next day.
These photos are just Perfect in B&W! What a fantastic series stevie!
These photos have an aura of timelessness about them...almost like they could have been taken in the 1940's as well as 2010. Love them!
jim & nick's? love the bw treatment - makes them timeless. great job
I should be getting supper right now, but I could easily sit right down and place an order. Are there any specials today? I'm not fussy, a hamburger would do! I agree love the black and white pics! denise
Steviewren, you sure captured the atmosphere of a restaurant pre-opening time. Good shots - Dave
just like out of a movie!
Ahh -- the unseen work of the holidays. Many occupations can fit into this workoholic time -- UPS drivers, post people, snow removal crews etc. It might be festive for some but for others its hard work. Great shots -- like the angles -- barbara
Your photography skills are getting me motivated to try something (else) new. Since Tennessee, I've been mesmerized by your pics. Thank you so much for sharing them.
I like it that you could be there and keep him company! Cool photos and I like the emptiness of the restaurant. I am sure it got BUSY later!

I like the black and white, as well. I often think of doing some of my pictures in black and white, then forget about it. Some pictures are just perfect for it, though.

I'm glad you stopped by and I look forward to your comments. As Dr. Fraser Crane would say, "Hello, I'm listening."
