I went to a scrapbook class last weekend and I made this cute little board book. I've got to find pictures of the boys to fill it up.
I'm not 100% happy with this sketch, but I'm determined to get back into the lunch hour groove.
Pretty little daffodil, you weren't here when I left this morning, but there you were when I came home this afternoon.
How lucky to be greeted by a sunny faced daffodil when you returned home. I like your sketch. I have missed your people. I always feel inspired by seeing your people. Your scrapbook project is cute too.
ReplyDeleteWow a daffodil, how wonderful! None around my neck of the woods yet, but soon, I know it will be soon!
ReplyDeleteIt is hard to believe that there are daffodils blooming somewhere....
ReplyDelete...and I love your creativity!
I liked your face sketch Steph. Also love daffodils as they fill one with the hope of approaching spring and summer.
ReplyDeleteStill waiting for our first daffodil - you beat us to it. Love the sketch!
ReplyDeleteLove that your daffodil is up! Mine are still just green sprouts but soon... very soon there should be some happy little blossoms!

ReplyDeleteYour yard is giving you flowers? Oh how lovely. You'll be into the summer weather before we get our bulbs to bloom! lol.
i'm so envious that you have daffodils in bloom! it is raining, sleeting, snowy tonight. blah! the board book is so cute.
ReplyDeleteNow that must have made your day! A daffodil to greet you on your return.
ReplyDeleteYou've made a dear little book, Stevie!
I personally like the sketch :)
ReplyDeleteI love this blog post. I can feel Spring ooming and I am looking forward to it! I love the little book that you made...can't wait to see what pictures fill those pages.
ReplyDeleteWonderful board book! SO CUTE!
ReplyDeleteI looked LONG and HARD at your daffodil! SO LOVELY! I keep straining my eyes along the woods LOOKING for the first green of my daffodils. Think we have another month before we will have THAT kind of green!!!!!
COME ON SPRING!
I love that little book! Those things can be so versatile and who wouldn't want one of those as a gift? Homemade is so much better than anything store bought.
ReplyDeleteMy pottery class is really coming along, although I'm making so many things, I don't know what I'm going to do with all of them. Will post pics as soon as they are glaze fired :)
Spring has truly progressed in your part of the world, here it is time for crocuses first and they are probably growing under the last snow.;) If we are lucky we will see daffodils for Easter.;)
