Two Sagas and a Belly Laugh

Have you seen this?

PBS describes Series I as a " story of a love polygon that shifts like a kaleidoscope."

Watch it....you'll want more. Series II is available as well. It takes up the story with a new generation of Forsytes.

When you're done and you find you crave more drama watch Downton Abbey.

It will leave you wanting more as well. Never fear, a second series is in the making.

When you've finished both of these great stories, but find you are in need of lighter fair....try this.

You'll laugh.

You'll be hooked.

  4. I don't think there is a PBS show that I haven't loved...starting with the original Upstairs Downstairs...I am old enough to have watched it from the start:)

Love love love Doc Martin and I am anxiously awaiting 2012 when a new series is supposed to be available...I have diagnosed him with mild Aspberger's disease:)

abd Downtown Abbey is my newest favorite...I even liked it better than the new Upstairs Downstairs! Great shows!!

  7. I've watched and loved all of these Steviewren. Any programme featuring gorgeous Cornish scenery gets my vote any day, so I especially love Doc Martin.

I'm just about old enough to remember the original BBC production of the Forsyte Saga from the late 60s I think, in b&w! Watching the re-runs on TV just recently I was struck with how brooding and sensual it was. My mum was hooked on it and now I know why!

  12. I'm not familiar with The Forsythe Saga. We watch PBS Masterpiece every week and love it. I thought Downton Abbey was particularly good and look forward to what happens in the next series. Upstairs, Downstairs was good but I think Downton Abbey outshone it. I like Masterpiece Mystery as well; hopefully we'll be getting more new episodes soon.

a massive amount work? I have absolutely no knowledge of coding but I was hoping to
start my own blog in the near future. Anyways, should
you have any ideas or techniques for new blog owners please share.
I know this is off topic but I simply needed to ask.
