Too Quiet

My company has gone home. The house is quiet. I haven't emptied the dishwasher or washed the sheets yet. I'm catching up on my sleep and zoning time.

Cousins

I found this after she left. Her imagination makes me laugh.

I hope to get to all of your blogs very soon on a regular basis again. I'll be back later this week!

  1. Don't I just recognize the bittersweet ending to family and friends visits. It becomes so quiet; nice in one way but also sad in another.;)
Glad you enjoyed to have your company around, the pictures speak for themselves.;))

  7. What a precious gaggle of Grands. Don't you just hate the empty feeling after they depart?? I know you needed some rest after their visit but the deafening sound of empty is difficult too.

  11. It's feast or famine, isn't it? ALL of us and our noise and such, or...none of us and too much quiet...boo hoo!

The girls miss you and are talking about seeing you again soon.

Have to give Miss MK credit for that crazy "stick up hair" (as she'd call it) person. MK totally thinks outside the box. So cute and funny, that little drawing.

  12. I'm sure the house does seem empty. Do you miss them terribly? They'll be back very soon, I think.

So sweet of MK to leave you with a laugh!

Wish we could lunch together this weekend.

I'm glad you stopped by and I look forward to your comments. As Dr. Fraser Crane would say, "Hello, I'm listening."
