My lime green view of the world today:
It was so bad on Tuesday a number of people came to work saying they could see it blowing in sheets across the freeway. Every car in the parking lot today was covered with it. The asphalt even had a greenish-yellow tinge.
Luckily, I don't suffer from allergies. I hope you don't either.
Well, I might have this allergy: "I used to wake up at 4 A.M. and start sneezing, sometimes for five hours. I tried to find out what sort of allergy I had but finally came to the conclusion that it must be an allergy to consciousness." -James Thurber
Oh, so much pollen! And look, there are green leaves on trees. You are so far ahead of us.;) I am just about to return to my progressive photography of my birch, that still stands bare.;)
ReplyDeleteI recall similar problems when living in NC, where there was a lot of pines. My red car appeared orange at times.
Is that your car btw? It looks fancy.;)
Loved the quote in the end.;)

Yes, that tree pollen drives me crazy. I have medication I take just during this time of year, or any time of year there is heavy pollen. You must have lots of pine and oak trees in your area.
ReplyDeleteOh yuck! Luckily I don't suffer but my Man and children do... I blame his genes for their sufferings. ha ha
ReplyDeleteStill a little early for pollen here in Rhode Island. I do suffer from allergies. :( I also hate to clean pollen off everything!

Yes, its bad in AZ also. Been taking Allegra for a week now.
ReplyDeleteMy co-worker the annoying Millie spent this morning coughing and whining about dust and pollen and how she didnt have a cold - achoo achoo achoo - personally I think she's working on convincing us all she needs to take tomorrow off ...
ReplyDeleteAnyway .. its hot here but not allergy pollen heavy .. yet
Personally I have only mild allergic reactions to pollen. My husband, on the other hand, suffers quite a bit from pollen.
ReplyDeleteThat is just amazing! I'd be scratching my eyes out!
ReplyDeletei was so grateful for the rain today - i can breathe a bit easier tonight.
ReplyDeleteOh it's so not that bad here, thankfully! But we get the nasty, wretched cedar junk from Dec-Feb, and that was horrible for those of us allergic to it.
ReplyDeleteSpring pollens haven't been nearly as bad on me, thank the Lord!!
Yikes! That is a lot of pollen! Luckily I don't have allerges, either.
ReplyDeleteThat's what my shoes will look like after a walk through my yard in about 3 weeks. I just developed allergies the last couple of years. I've had a sore throat for weeks.
