Enjoying Being a Gramma

Texas mommy and daddy and 2 sisters went home last Sunday, but 2 big sisters decided to stay with me a little longer.

Today we met Elijah at the park for some fun.

The fun continued at home with a tumbling ramp made of baby bed mattresses and every pillow in the house.

I will be driving them home this weekend. Can you say "Road Trip?"

Rachel emailed me this picture of Elijah playing in the sprinkler.

It was so cute I had to share.

  1. Oh the wonderful memories you are making!! That is so much fun!!! Elijah is such a big boy now, gosh! That last pic of him could be in a magazine... just precious!

  2. I am not a grandma and not even a mom, but I enjoy spending time with my nephew and niece, even if those occasions are rare and far in between.
These pictures are great and I agree on the absolute cuteness of the last one, what a great shot.;)

  3. WHAT FUN!
And to stay at Grandma's without "the rents" is AWESOME!!

  4. I miss them, but am glad y'all are having fun and it's great to SEE them today, from far away...

  5. Hope you have a save trip to Texas. I am sure you have some car games in mind for the trip.

  6. What a fun Gramma you are .. and Elijah is delicious do you not want to just smother him with kisses?

  7. What wonderful bonding time you are having with your Grands. Beautiful girls and that Elijah is adorable.

  8. Oh my goodness Elijah is getting even cuter!

You are having so much fun with your lovely grandchildren Steviewren, I imagine you will miss them when they go home. Have a safe journey.
