This is a drawing I made shortly after 9-11 inspired by the images I'd seen on TV and in the newspapers.

Today is the anniversary of 9-11, the first attack on US soil in my living memory. It was a sad sad day. I'm remembering the victims and their families today.
May God bless them all.

  1. It was a very sad day for America and your drawing captures that pain and grief very well, Stevie! I hope that as we remember the innocent lives lost this day we can also promote good deeds and kindness as the lasting legacy of 9-11. Turn the hate into love, in honor those lost.

  2. Your drawing says it all. That's how I remember it too: a confusion of images, comprehension setting in over time.

  3. This is a lovely tribute are an amazing artist!

  4. your drawing says it all, a day none of us will ever forget!

I'm glad you stopped by and I look forward to your comments. As Dr. Fraser Crane would say, "Hello, I'm listening."
