Taking Time Out From Winter

One of the advantages of living in the South is what happened to us this weekend. The temperature warmed up considerably and we've had 3 days of sun and nice weather.

Inviting

I was off work Friday and Rachel, Elijah and I went out for a few hours. Our first stop was a favorite middle eastern restaurant where we decided to take advantage of the warm sunshine and sit outside.

Relaxing

I don't want to gloat, but man was it nice!!!

Precious

Don't be too jealous. I'm sure it won't last long.

Delicious

I've hit the road today traveling north a couple of hours to visit with my oldest son and his family. Have a great Sunday everyone.

  1. You deserve a gloat after all that bad weather. We were outside yesterday too. It was great.

  2. The sun was a welcome sight yesterday here in the north too (northwestern PA). The temperature warmed up nicely as well, into the upper 40s. It's only 10 degrees at 7:25 this morning; however, it looks like the sun might just shine once again.

  9. I would love to try your little middle eastern restaurant. Elijah is so adorable. He always looks so happy. I have to say you have me interested in the RSVP Pentel pens now. I must check it out. If you love it, it must be neat. I'll bet we've got more cold weather. Today was so pretty though.

I'm glad you stopped by and I look forward to your comments. As Dr. Fraser Crane would say, "Hello, I'm listening."
