  5. I was able to see quite a few of his pieces at a show at the Brooklyn Museum a few years ago and I have to admit that I wasn't fond of them...too grotesque for me...and I love abstract and modern art...

  6. The man has a taste for sleeping? Dunno. Interesting. Very realistic. But I don't like them. They give me the creeps. Like I'm watching someone from a closet in his or her bedroom. That and the fact that they are giants. Those two things.

  7. I also saw his exhibit at The Brooklyn Museum (...too bad I didn't know Oliaag then!) I was fascinated by the realism in his works. One piece was a giant new born baby...it was exquisite!

  9. I have seen his exhibition in my town. I believe one of his sculptures is on constant display at the entrance to the art museum here. I find his work very interesting, even though slightly provocative and at times odd.;)

  11. I think I would be captivated and a little creeped out at the same time. (Ultimately, I'd probably run from the room, squealing like a little girl!)

  13. Oh I've seen these before .. they're quite startling, aren't they? I think it would be quite the experience to see the actual exhibit.

  14. Freaky indeed! To answer your question about the enevelopes, I did not decorate the them. I think what you were seeing was the background of the card before I glued the apple to it.
