Lazing An Hour Away

Saturday was a glorious spring day here. I spent some time on the deck watching the clouds. Baby leaves are sprouting on the oak tree from the top to the bottom. I'd never noticed that before.

Squirrels scampered all over the yard while this Robin wandered from treetop to treetop.

I managed to get a picture of him when he landed on the deck. Isn't he pretty?

  2. It is so tranquil to be outside watching the clouds. I love to do that too, preferably lying on grass.;)
Amazing that the bird landed on the deck while you were there, he is definitely not shy, right.;))

  9. Lots of robins are centre stage on the blogs these days. MY robins are pecking through the layer of snow, futilely trying to unearth the frozen worms!
