I Can Hear My Kitchen Calling Me

I haven't got time to talk to you. I've got to clean my kitchen tonight. I'd rather talk to you. But my kitchen needs me more.

Today's Artober drawing is of the Prime Minister of Italy.....because he has interesting eyes....and I had to try to draw them.

He looks happier in this photograph I found of him.

I think my drawing makes him look more like an Ivan than a Silvio. Go figure.

  1. Excellent! I'm enjoying your daily art!

  2. Great job! You even got his nose down perfectly. :^)

  3. I think he looks very serious and statesman-like. Very nice, again!

  4. Ha! That expression on his face in your drawing...like someone is keeping him waiting and he ain't too happy 'bout that...

By the way, no postcards have arrived yet....you *did* remember to write "Canada" on them, right????RIGHT????

  5. it is fun to see what you sketch every day!

  6. haha..funny. But seriously, I like your drawing. It brings out the serious side of him. Don't you think? :)

  7. I think your drawing is better than the picture...it looks like he's got gas in the picture! :-)

  8. I do not answer when my kitchen calls...nobody home! I have been cleaning and trying to finish all my decorating projects...not much time for a lot of paper crafting...My house is looking better though.
    I enjoyed yesterday's post...ah to live to 100...
I am enjoying your daily drawings.

  9. Lavinia, talk to the Canadian Postal Service.....I'll talk to the USPS Inspector General to see if I can hurry things up on this end.

Denise, I decided not to listen to the kitchen's cries for help...because the bed was calling louder. I'll get it done when I get it done....sheeesh, house work...

  10. this is so well drawn, every line and good expression, whew.

I'm glad you stopped by and I look forward to your comments. As Dr. Fraser Crane would say, "Hello, I'm listening."
