Old Man Winter Sends Some snow This Way

Here in the South, a little snow goes a long way. A little snow is an excuse to close businesses and schools. A little snow means a hurried trip to the grocery store and a long wait in line.

1. leaving work in the snow, 2. at work not long after it started snowing, 3. snow by the road on the way home, 4. the view from my front porch, 5. snowy urn, 6. snow flower , 7. wet, wet snow, 8. snow on the roof, 9. snowflakes on my nose and eyelashes...man they were wet

A little snow means a lot of fun.

Snow Update:

The snow is glorious in the sunshine this morning. It sounds like spring outside. There are children playing and birds are singing. This is just what we've needed...glorious sunshine! Of course there are also the sounds of water dripping....the snow will be mostly gone by this evening probably.

I couldn't stay out long. I didn't dress for the weather.

  2. Nope, this building is in Riverchase. We are close to the lake on 31. I used to work close to Lakeview in a shop where they cut the lens that go in florescent lighting. It was on 2nd.

  10. It seems that the south is getting more snow than usual this year. We have been lucky in Rhode Island, snow for Christmas and not much since! Like the idea of putting the leftover chocolate in the freezer. Have a wonderful weekend.

  22. Survival group against God?? LOL. Good luck with that. Truth is, no one knows the exact time this will happen except the man upstairs, however, I firmly believe that there are people placed here by God that post the warning signs and it's up to you to take heed.

  23. You know, people each time make comments when anything is predicted to take place in 2012, like “obviously that is if the age is still here.” You do effectuate that the Mayans prognosticate the humanity will end on Dec. 21 (or 23rd)? So in all strong if anything is going to encounter in 2012 there is only the slimmest conceivability that the world hand down secure ended forward of it happens.

  24. Not sure where to post this but I wanted to ask if anyone has heard of National Clicks?

Can someone help me find it?

Overheard some co-workers talking about it all week but didn't have time to ask so I thought I would post it here to see if someone could help me out.

Seems to be getting alot of buzz right now.

    Thanks
